- Ouafra started in 2019, in e-commerce: we have run online sales across several brands, and we know what a good buying experience feels like.
- The company was established in 2022. Then we went into the field: in 2025 the Caravane took us through Safi, Marrakech and Essaouira.
- We surveyed about 80 cooperatives of the Marrakech-Safi region. That survey validated an MSc thesis in Strategy and Management of Digital Tourism at ISITT Tangier.
- We then served as Relais Digital for the Promet 4 Al Haouz initiative of GIZ, alongside a CRI and EBF masterclass, supporting cooperatives of the Al Haouz and Rehamna regions.
